Key Benefits :

Dogs thrive on quality protein and healthy fats, which is why the Merrick Classic Puppy Real Chicken with Brown Rice & Green Pea Dry Dog Food is made with high-quality protein, whole grains, vegetables and fruits to provide a natural dog food formula rich in nutrients to support the overall health of your puppy. Merrick starts with real and wholesome USDA-inspected deboned chicken as the first ingredient with amino acids necessary for building muscle and a healthy metabolism. Our protein rich MERRICK PUPPY RECIPE is balanced with 60% poultry and fish proteins 20% fresh produce and 20% whole grains ingredients. This food revolution in the dog bowl yields 26% protein for each meal.

Plus we add wholesome grains, vegetables and fruits to not skimp on all the good stuff your puppy needs. We have added DHA for healthy growth; omega 6 and 3 fatty acids, "fur friendly" nutrients, that help support a beautiful, shiny coat. Glucosamine and chondroitin help maintain joint health so your dog can run and play.

Merrick Classic recipes are cooked in the USA.

And if you (or your dog) are not 100%, absolutely, totally, completely satisfied with Merrick, return it for your money back.

For dogs over 100 lbs.: add 1/2 cup per additional 10 lbs.

Using the chart below, divide the total cups per day by the total number of times you feed your puppy per day to determine the portion size for each meal. Keep a clean bowl of fresh water available at all times. Every puppy is a little different, so optimal feeding amounts may vary with age, size and activity level. Please use the information below as an initial recommendation only and adjust when needed. Dry and wet food in combination will help to increase the level of water in your puppy's diet. If feeding with wet food, reduce dry amount by 1/2 cup for every 6 oz. of wet food.

Transitioning: Gradually mix in the new food over a 5-7 day period, increasing the amount of Classic Puppy Recipe each day.
